M3: 50mm, 90mm and 135mm frameliens.  The 50 is always visible.

M2: 35mm, 50mm and 90mm framelines.  Only ever one frameline at a time.

M4: 35mm, 50mm, 90mm and 135mm framlines.  35mm and 135mm visible at the
    same time (if I remember correctly).

I'd go with the M2.  It is wonderful with a 35 attached.
