Subject: [Leica] 50 mm summicron on M3

Hello,

    I just aquired a used black  50mm Summicron for my M3. It seems to
be really stiff when I bayonet it on and off the M3  more so than other
lenses I have tried. Is this normal? Is there any easy remedy for this?
