In addition to Marc's book I would recommend Ted's book...just got a copy 
for myself and it is filled with great B&W Leica shots.

Also the printing is second to none, the layout is as a photobook ought 
to be...BIG photos on right hand pages.  Printed on quality stock.

All in all a very fine book and worth every penny.
