Loupe, loupes and loupes. I mostly use Rodenstock 4X asph and of course
it's a good loupe.
However, my R-prints are all too often out of focus. That's no surprise,
but there I go and put it on paper. I think I need an 8x. Need it crisp
to the corners(35mm). "Maxwell" - what price range and what sort of loupes
(8x) are there to consider... I've gone through the cheaper ones and can't
find a loupe to stick with. Loupes! What could be so essential! ...Also, I
need a new lightbox. It helps the loupe. Something portable - the 'panel'
types, perhaps there's one out there... - what about Just - smart, super
mini...
Does the CRI rating weigh heavily?. Any comments would be helpful.
