The Soft Release is an item made by LUG's very own Tom Abrahamsson, maker
of the famous Rapid Winder for M cameras. The "Softy" screws into the
shutter button of M or R cameras and provides a wider and higher surface to
press. It allows very smooth shutter release action with most any part of
your index finger, not just the tip.

This a very nicely made item. I bought six of them and put them on various
M and R camera. They have replaced my Fred Ward Soft Releases as my
favorite.
