Dear Summicron1,
I think what Sherri writes is correct, true and honest. Please read it
more carefully.
'It had (past tense) an original "L" seal in it.' This, presumably,
when she was asked to sell it for her client.
Sherri goes on to explain that, in order to sell the camera for her
client, she serviced it. In doing so she would naturally have broken
the original "L" seal.
Sherri is one of a handful of folks out there who can service these
machines to the highest standards. They all differ in personality and
style, but all have similar, high, standards of product service and
personal integrity.
Alistair

not to be too argumentative, but the "L" seal on an M-3 hides a screw that
holds the body together and which must be removed to properly service the
camera.
so, how can this have the original? Frauds are not that hard to make, you
know, not that it matters.
