Has
anyone on the LUG used:

        SP 17 f3.5
        SP 90 f2.5 
        SP 180 f2.5LD
        SP 300 f2.8LD - in this case only the new version(dark grey) or
the 2nd
          version (green).  The first version (light grey) was
not                                reputed
to be that great.

I own a 90 mm 2,5  Macro, a outstanding lens at all distances, without
doubt the sharpest lens I own in that focal length, and that includes
Leitz glass.
