Eric,

What if one dealer shows you RMA's for four leica's in one year. Is that
good enough? If a dealer can back it up with statistics and has
documentation then wouldn't that be a reliable source, even if they wanted
to remain anonymous? 

BTW, this is just a hypothetical quetion as I don't know such a dealer.
