They  can  be reached through email, but you may have to send several times
before they reply.

I have enquired the following adaptors

1.    adaptor  for Leica R lens to Leica M (or Leica M39 screw mount) body,
Lem/Ler  DM/pc. 299,00
2.    adaptor  for  Canon  FD  lens  to  Leica M39 screw mount body, Leican
DM/pc. 149,00
3.    adaptor  for  Contax RF to Leica M39 screw mount body, Leicont DM/pc.
149,00

The Visoflex lens to Nikon mount is not their standard item, they could
custom made
which cost DM/pc 250 and takes 8-10 weeks to deliver.
