I think Hama markets one, perhaps others do too. On the rare occasion that
I need one I use and old Leica one, with adapter if on the M6. The Leica
models are often available very inexpensively in non-working condition.
(mine was free)
Take the shell off it, soak the mechanism within in solvent, dry and
relubricate with light oil and you're back in business.
