Subject: M resets to 40

To the person who inquired about their M6 counter reseting to 40 when loaded.

It should NOT do this. Mine does that now (not when new) and Leica wants
$150 to fix it. Your M should reset to about the 43 space. If it resets to
40, you will have to shoot off about 5 frames to get it to zero.

If this is a new body return it and demand it be replaced. There is NO
excuse for this happening in a $2000 body. Quality control and service at
Leica is terrible IMHO.
