Subject: R8's Multi-Pattern Metering

     Hi,
     
      I was reading the fancy brochure of R8 last night and learned that R8 
     had multi-pattern metering mode.  As far as I remember, back in 1983 
     or 1984 Nikon FA already introduced the same kind of metering called 
     AMP.  It looks exactly the same to me.  Any comments?
