Didn't follow the thread, but the same thing has happened to me too
once, in the middle of negotiations, and I still feel it stinks. At
least offer the first buyer to match the bid of the next guy.
Sorry, but with a 'you can have it' I am definately on Rogers site of the
ethics scale....
