I would like to precise that Salgado is no more at Magnum. He left this 
agency sometime ago, and founded his own agency. He also has his own lab, 
with a couple of peple working only for him. This lab was created after a 
dispute with the printer Jean-Yves Breguand from Imaginoir, Paris.
