Thank you to everybody who responded to my request for recommendations on
where to buy a used M6.

The following stores got 3 votes each, and each one had at least one positive
annecdote:
    Don Chatterton, Seattle, WA
    Jim Kuehl, Des Moines, IA 
    Tamarkin, NY, NY 

The following had 1 recommendation each
    Del's, Santa Barbara, CA
    Brooklyn Camera
    Lee Mac Camera, Pasedena, CA
    KEH Camera Brokers, Atlanta, GA (very positive experience)

One store was mentioned where the used lens had to be returned because of
fungus.
    Alt Camera, Toronto (needed to return used lens)
