Subject: [Leica] Times Photographer Is Arrested on Assignment in NY

What they are denying is the right ANY individual has to photograph in 
public.

His credentials have nothing to do with it. Anyone has the right to take 
pictures on a public street.

In too many places this is NOT an overenthusiastic individual, but a 
widespread policy to make sure misbehavior is not seen.
