I tried clarity on the first take, and it helped a lot, but the  
streak...
then lightened the red yellow and orange for her face to come out
the issue was with the colour of the dress then though ...
also deepened the blue so that the patches of light showed less  
intrusive

The compostion was better in the first one, much better balanced IMHO
