The point of view in 2594 is the only one I was nearer them. The rest of route it's possible to go along around the lake is about 500 meters away the shore... Impossible to take decent pictures with my 70-210... :-( About the lion: It was quiet and relax after the lunch time (picture 2249-2), and really near the track. I was standing in the car (with open ceiling) and about 3 meters. The lens is the same: 70-210. I'll add soon another picture of the same lion, with the remains of its lunch.
