A few from my bookshelf:

"The Leica, including the M3, also the Kardon, Leotax, Nicca, Tower" From 
The Modern Camera Guide Series" - 1954.

"Leica Product Directory" E. Leitz Inc, NY - September 1, 1954.

"Leica Photographic Equipment, Catalog No. 35" - February 1, 1960.

All three are well done and still worth reading today.
