Thank you for that perspective. I've been meaning to give Tsukiji a couple more runs, once with my 'blad and once with my Ms. I want to see if medium format or rangefinders will provide a different angle. I think I'll try using B&W when going through it with my Ms. Now if only I can wake up. It's not getting up at 4:30 that's hard, it's not falling back to sleep at 4:31 after I smash the alarm clock that's really tough.
