It appears that you are getting more pleasure from > bad-mouthing ,complaining and moaning instead. > What exactly do you want ??? The price I paid was an average one at the time the camera was purchased. I absolutely take _extreme_ offense at your description of my words and actions and as for what I want; you didn't even offer me one of these 'apologies' you've said you offer your dissappointed/neglected customers. You have ignored my posts wholesale while you were the one who decided that this was the forum for discussing these specific problems. I've made VERY clear why I didn't feel that a refund was an acceptable resolution. If you would have the maturity to answer without temeritous condescention, and the honesty to deal with my concerns on an equal level as others here fully expect of you, none of this would've been brought up in the first place. As I said before, there is no good reason, while others go to extreme lengths in recommendng you, for me to remain quiet about a transaction that we made that was _not up to par. You offered me nothing for my time, my trouble or my satisfaction. You wouldn't even refund my shipping; either from Ca., or on the return (had I chosen that option). As I said, I wanted what I purchased in the condition you promised via your description - nothing more, nothing less. I got less. You've characterized me as an upstart, bound and determined to 'do you wrong'. In short, you've gone beyond the bounds of decency, while enlisting the bile of minions, to amplify an already aggressive plan of action derisive of me personally. What I've suggested is that in regards to my less-than-kind experience with you, that when others recommend you as a dealer to buy from, in order to save themselves undue loss of time in their finite lifetimes (and some un-necessary aggravation), that they request a _complete condition report from you. If you see bile in that criticism, then I will obviously never come to a better understanding of what you consider 'service'. I am still unhappily explaining myself to you, when I've done nothing in any way irresponsibly. Were you to even appear to care about any of this at all, you could start by answering why you felt it was fine business to send me a brassed 40mm, that you had advertised as being in "Mint minus" condition. I bought it with money that arrived in the condition I had described it would _exactly. Danny Gonzalez
